Six-month limited warranty
Canine Noble products are covered by a limited six-month warranty from the date of delivery.
What is covered
- Stitching and construction defects.
- Zipper failure under normal use.
- Abnormal foam deformation caused by manufacturing defects.
- Defective materials or workmanship.
What is not covered
The limited warranty does not cover damage caused by chewing, scratching, biting, digging or other pet behaviour; accidental damage; misuse, neglect, improper cleaning or storage; normal wear and tear; fading from prolonged sun exposure; or minor variations in colour, texture or size.
How to make a claim
Email info@caninenoble.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs or videos can help our team assess the problem. The team aims to review warranty claims within five business days and will explain the appropriate next steps.
Your consumer rights
This warranty is additional to your statutory rights. Its exclusions and expiry do not limit legal remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described. See our Returns Policy.
