UK dispatch and delivery
Canine Noble accepts orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched from the UK. This store does not offer international delivery.
Delivery estimates
Delivery normally takes 2–3 business days from order confirmation. Weekends and UK public holidays are not business days. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date. Any specific delivery date agreed with you takes priority over a general estimate.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free for UK orders. The available delivery service is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking and delivery problems
We will send tracking information when your order is dispatched, where available. If your order is delayed, lost, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate solution. Photos of damage can help, but reporting after 48 hours does not remove your statutory rights.
Your address and consumer rights
Please check your delivery address before paying and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. We remain responsible for delivery as required by UK consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
